We are excited to announce two new team members joining the HLG family.

I am thrilled to announce that we have two new members joining our HLG team: Bo Cason-Atlow and Joseph Williams. They will be working with us to enhance our sales, marketing, communications, and public relations strategies.

Bo is our new Manager of Sales, Marketing and Communications. She has over 10 years of experience in Sales and is passionate about creating engaging and effective campaigns that showcase HLG’s unique value proposition. Bo will be leading our efforts to grow our client base, increase our brand awareness, and expand our reach.

Joseph is our new Communications and Public Relations Specialist. He is recent graduate of Samford University where he majored in journalism and mass communications and public relations. He will be responsible for managing our internal and external communications, building relationships, growing our social media presence, and promoting our positive image.

By the way — as much as everyone may want to call them “BO-JOE” … Joseph prefers to go by his full name. Please join me in welcoming Bo and Joseph to HLG. They are both eager to learn from you and collaborate with you on our exciting projects. I am confident that they will bring fresh perspectives and energy to our team. Bonita “Bo” Cason-ATlow

I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Manager of Sales, Marketing, and Communications here at Heagney Logan Group. With a strong commitment to driving growth and enhancing our market positioning, my role focuses on integrating our sales efforts, marketing strategies, and communication initiatives to deliver impactful results.

My background is rooted in demand generation and account management, where I’ve successfully transformed marketing activities into high-value sales outcomes.

At Pitney Bowes, I facilitated over $20 million in closed deals by managing leads effectively and collaborating with cross-functional teams. My previous roles at Verint and Infor Global Solutions allowed me to refine my skills in lead generation, account nurturing, and strategic negotiation.

In addition, my experience as a Teacher Aid & Sub has equipped me with robust organizational and communication skills, which continue to enhance my approach in this role. I’m passionate about leveraging my expertise in Salesforce.com, financial applications, and integrated marketing to drive exceptional results.

I look forward to connecting with all of you, exploring new opportunities, and sharing insights on effective sales, marketing, and communication strategies. Thank you!

Ralph has deep expertise in HR Technology, HR Transformation, Service Delivery, and Workforce Experience redesign, having successfully delivered complex global HCM initiatives including Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee & Manager Self-Service. His background spans the staffing industry and global consumer products companies, where he has worked as a practitioner, solution provider, consultant, and thought leader.

Throughout his career, Ralph has guided organizations through strategic planning, risk analysis, forecasting, and program execution—helping clients achieve greater agility, insight, and operational excellence.
